Joff Charters
Joff brings 20 years experience of operationally delivering complex sporting events, active mass participation events and charity fundraising projects of all sizes and profiles across the UK and beyond.
With a passionate focus on event and route design developed over the last 12 years, Joff consistently delivers to high standards across a wide variety of walking, hiking, running and cycling events, whilst continuing to build strong relationships across the industry.

Garry Haynes
With a strong 20 years plus background in grass roots mass participation sporting events, outdoor education and charity hiking events, Garry brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for the great outdoors and outdoor events.
In addition, as a qualified teacher, personal trainer, and enjoying a successful career in product management for major financial institutions, Garry also provides substantial additional business skills and experience to the team.

Matt has 30 years experience of developing relationships and solutions in senior roles within local authority, charity and community sectors.
Having spent over 20 years in volunteering at, and participating in mass participation walking and running events of all sizes around the UK, Matt also offers invaluable insight into the participant and volunteer experience.
